The Ed.S. in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Gifted and Creative Education was developed to enhance students’ knowledge of human development, learning, and motivation as well as knowledge about behaviors in the school setting that affect the academic achievement of gifted and creative students. This degree requires a minimum of 31 semester hours of course work beyond the Master’s degree and an Applied Project. Students can pursue programs of study according to their experience in gifted education. Candidates are expected to have completed the M.A. or M.Ed. degree.
