Gifted and Creative Education (GCE)
Student Evaluation
In addition to periodic evaluations that occur during each student's progress toward a degree in Gifted and Creative Education, there will be annual formative evaluations.
Annual evaluation
The GCE faculty will evaluate all graduate students each Spring Semester. Based on the student's progress in the program, the faculty will then make one of three recommendations:
- The student may continue in the program;
- Assignments must be successfully completed by the student within a specified time frame before he/she may continue in the program; or
- The student should withdraw from the program.
The evaluation and recommendation will be transmitted in writing to the student by the GCE Program Coordinator.
