SEOCK-HO KIM, PH.D., (University of Wisconsin, 1991).

I currently serve as an Associate Professor of Educational Psychology and Instructional Technology. My teaching and research interests include item response theory, psychometrics, applied statistics, and educational measurement.  I am a member of the American Educational Research Association, American Psychological Association, American Statistical Association, Institute of Mathematical Statistics, National Council on Measurement in Education, and Psychometric Society.  My recent publications include the following journals: Applied Psychological Measurement, Journal of Educational and Behavioral Statistics, Journal of Statistical Computation and Simulation, and the Journal of Educational Measurement.
