What to Submit (Step 2)

All Proposals

Fill out the Submission Form on the website. This form must be filled in to complete your submission.

Specific to Certain Proposals

For papers and posters: Via email, submit one 250-word abstract as an MS Word doc.

For Symposia and Interactive Symposia: Via email, submit a 250-word abstract that is an overview of the session and a 250-word abstract for each paper presented in the session. All the abstracts should be collected into one MS Word document.

For Extended Dialogues, Workshops, & Panel Discussions: Via email, submit one 250-word abstract submit as an MS Word doc.

An Example

If three papers were to be presented in a symposium, you would do the following to submit your proposal:

1)    Fill out the Submission Form on the website

2)    Write four abstracts–an overview of the whole session and a description of each paper—and bundle them into one MS Word Doc

3)    Send the MS Word Doc containing the four abstracts to DS2012GA@uga.edu
