Poster Guidelines

If you are selected to participate in a poster session, please adhere to the following guidelines

1) You will have a space that is 5 feet wide by 6 feet high (1.53 meters x 1.83 meters) on which to display your poster or posters

2) If one large poster, please include the following information centered at the top. If a series of smaller posters, please center this information on the first page

Poster Title

Authors, with presenting authors underlined

Department, Institution, City, Country of all authors

E-mail of one author acting as a contact person

3) To enable full understanding of your work, at least one presenter must remain with the poster for the duration of the session
