Southern BBQ Dinner

We’re throwing a little Southern twist into the traditional ICDS Gala Dinner: a BBQ meal with some bluegrass music by the BorderHop Five. Please join us as we lay back in our chairs and celebrate the work of all the presenters while envisioning the 8th International Conference. Details will be forthcoming, but here is the proposed menu:

• Barbeque Chicken
• Lemon Barbeque Tilapia
• Texas Toast
• Corn on the Cob
• Baked Beans
• Potato Salad
• Tossed Salad with Three Dressings
• Coleslaw
• Fruit Salad
• Chef’s Choice of Assorted Desserts

The cost of the Southern BBQ is $50 and includes dinner, music, and tickets for two beverages (cocktails, beer, wine, or soda). This cost is in addition to the conference packages and must be checked on the the registration form.
