General Information
- The Organizing Committee strongly recommends that all participants stay at the Georgia Center for Continuing Education. As the official venue of the conference, it offers attendees the greatest comfort, convenience, and value. However all attendees can, if they desire, choose a hotel on their own. For some alternative suggestions, click here.
- The Southern BBQ dinner is not included in any package and must be purchased separately.
- For those who want to arrive a day or two early or stay after the conference, additional nights can be added to your reservation when you register.
- All rooms at the Georgia Center for Continuing Education come with private baths and either full, queen, or king size beds.
- All rates are in US dollars. Click here for a currency converter, but remember that currency rates are in continual flux.
All-Inclusive Package Rates
These packages include all registration fees, accommodation for three nights (October 25, 26, & 27), wireless access to the internet throughout the conference center, all breakfasts, all lunches, all breaks, and dinner the nights of October 25th & 26th.
Early Discounted Registration, October 1, 2011- July 16, 2012 (Highly Recommended)
One hotel room for one conference attendee: $1040.00
One hotel room for two people who are conference attendees: $860.00 per person
One suite for one conference attendee: $1280.00
The Regency King Suite for one conference attendee: $1880.00
Full Price Registration, July 1, 2012-Sept 24 2012*
One hotel room for one conference attendee: $1150.00
One hotel room for two people who are conference attendees: $950.00 per person
One suite for one conference attendee: $1410.00
The Regency King Suite for one conference attendee: $2070.00
* Although registration will remain open until mid-October, we cannot guarantee a room at the GA Center after Sept 24, 2012
Additional Nights (For those who want to extend their stay either prior to or after the conference)
One hotel room for 1 person: $120 per night
One hotel room for 2 people (sharing): $60 per night per person
One Hotel suite for 1 person: $200 per night
The Regency King Suite for 1 person: $400 per night
Student All-Inclusive Package
One hotel room for 1 student: $850 (See All Inclusive Packages above for details)
Students will be required to show current and valid student ID at registration
Day Meeting Rates
For students and others who might want to attend only one day of the conference.
October 25th: (includes registration, welcome reception, and refreshment break). Student, $50; all others, $75
October 26th: (includes registration, breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks). Student, $75; all others, $125
October 27th: (includes registration, breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks). Student, $75; all others, $125
October 28th: (includes registration, breakfast, and refreshment break). Student, $50; all others, $75
Students will be required to show current and valid student ID at registration
Day Meeting Package
For students and others who will attend all four days of the conference, but will stay somewhere other than the Georgia Center for Continuing Education.
All four days (includes registration, daily refreshment breaks, welcome reception, and the meals that are listed in the agenda above, with the exception of the Southern BBQ Dinner. It does not include hotel accommodations. Students, $645; all others, $795
Students will be required to show current and valid student ID at registration
Southern BBQ Dinner (Saturday, October 27)
$50 per person includes dinner, bluegrass music, and two tickets for beverages (cocktails, beer, wine, or soda)

Optional Guest Meals
Guest Meal Package $190 (includes Welcome Reception, Friday, Saturday and Sunday breakfasts, Friday and Saturday lunches, Thursday and Friday dinners. The Saturday Southern BBQ Meal is a separate purchase).
- Individual Guest Welcome Reception: $25
- Individual Guest Breakfasts: $15 each
- Individual Guest Lunches: $25 each
- Individual Guest Dinners: $35 each
- Guest Saturday Southern BBQ Dinner: $50
Payment
Payment can be made either by credit card or wire transfer via a bank. Please be advised that wire transfer fees and international transaction fees for credit cards vary from bank to bank. We anticipate that wire transfer fees will be somewhere between $25-75, with the actual fee most likely falling somewhere between those extremes.
