The University of Georgia College of Education and the Clarke County School District have had an ongoing and productive partnership since the College was established more than 100 years ago. Today, the purpose of this partnership is to:
- Develop and practice a shared vision for educational practitioners (prospective teachers, experienced teachers, school leaders and university professors).
- Connect educational research with practice by sharing the collective expertise of educators from CCSD and UGA COE.
- Participate in a continuous process of shared inquiry in order to improve P-16 student learning.
- Foster in all of our students the habits of mind, heart and being that make democracy possible.
