Horne Named New Dean of the College of Education
Arthur M. (Andy) Horne became the 14th dean of the College of Education on July 1, 2008. An internationally recognized authority on group counseling and therapy and early intervention for at-risk children, he also holds the title of Distinguished Research Professor Emeritus.
COE Programs Rank Among Top Public Universities in U.S. News' Best Graduate Schools for 2008
The University of Georgia College of Education continues to be ranked among the top public universities in the nation in U.S. News & World Report's 2008 edition of “America's Best Graduate Schools.”
