The center is open for the convenience of our members on Monday through Friday:

| Mid-Day: | 11:45 am – 1:30 pm |
| Evening: | 4:45 – 7:00 pm |
Note that group fitness classes are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays only.
Within the session times various group exercise classes will be taught including Step aerobics, Latin style aerobic dance, cardio bootcamp, yoga, low impact aerobics, balance training, strength training, core training, and flexibility. Format offerings will vary by semester. These classes are available at no additional cost. Members are welcome to attend classes on a drop-in basis as their only form of exercise or in combination with other offerings within the Center. All members are given an initial personalized exercise prescription.
