- Equipment:
Cardiovascular training equipment (treadmills, cycle ergometers, elliptical cross-trainers)
Resistance training equipment (machines and free weights)
Group exercise floor space with yoga mats and stability training equipment
- Towel service and access to private lockers
- Safety monitoring equipment (heart rate, blood pressure, AED)
