A separate ceremony from UGA Commencement when degrees are conferred upon graduates, each semester the College of Education is proud to honor our graduating students at the COE Convocation. This event is an opportunity for soon-to-be alumni to celebrate the conclusion of their collegiate journey with classmates and close friends.
At the COE Convocation, each attending student is recognized by name and will shake hands with the dean as family and friends celebrate from the balcony. All graduating students in the College of Education are invited to attend. Participating students can obtain tickets on behalf of their guests by contacting Priscilla Grille. Admission is free but a ticket is required as seating is limited.
