35th Annual Conference on Higher Education and the Law
The 35th annual Conference on Higher Education and the Law will be held July 19-20, 2004 at the Georgia Center for Continuing Education.
The conference, titled"K-12 and Higher Education Law: Common Ground?" will focus on current legal issues that challenge administrators, faculty and staff in Georgia public schools, colleges and universities, identifying similarities and differences in legal principles and perspectives that apply in K-12 and higher education institutions.
The conference is designed for principals, superintendents, school board members, teachers and others in K-12 institutions, and for college and university presidents, vice-presidents, deans, faculty members, student and judicial affairs administrators, consulting attorneys and others concerned with the legal aspects of student, faculty, and administrative behavior in educational settings.
The conference will award CLE credit for attorneys who attend.
