Hattie Sanford, ground floor custodian at Aderhold Hall, was recently named Employee of the Year Runnerup for 2002.

    In November, Sanford was named the Employee of the Quarter by the University of Georgia's Custodial Services,Physical Plant Division.

    The award letter from Wayne Dill, director of services, cited Sanford for her significant contributions to efficient housekeeping in her area and thanked her for her hard work, initiative and devotion. She was also priased for her pleasant disposition and cooperative attitude.
