Science Library Printing: Just a quick update on the state of the Science Library renovation project: the Science Library currently has 28 public terminals available as well as printing; this includes a VTS machine to buy temporary print cards. MLC Open 24/7: With midterms on the way, the MLC will begin 24/7 operations September 30th.

Georgia Archives Closing Protest: Friends of the Georgia Archives plan a rally at the Georgia Capitol in Atlanta on Wednesday, October 3 from 12PM to 1PM to protest the closing of the State Archives, beginning November 1st. Nothing is currently on The Friends website but check back periodically for more information.

Guide to Balanced Political Information: Elizabeth White, the Political Science Librarian, has created a guide to finding balanced political information. It’s very well done and useful, so please feel free to share it with your students.
