| We invite submissions of proposal abstracts for both individual papers and complete panels on topics devoted to the conference theme, “Setting the Policy and Research Agenda,” as well as on topics related to Latino education and immigration policy defined broadly. |

- 15 minutes per paper
- 3-4 papers per panel session (grouped according to theme by conference organizers)
- Discussant provided by conference organizers
- 20-30 minutes of discussion at the conclusion of all authors’ paper presentations
- Digital projector and laptop available; please bring your presentation on a flash drive
