Mission:
This degree provides graduates with expertise to guide student learning in career and technical education for both academic and industry settings. The program addresses 21st century skills needed to:
- Manage careers within a global economy,
- Cultivate work ethic and communication skills, and
- Develop capacity for innovation
Program of Study:
This is a completely online degree program (100% online). It is a 36-semester hour degree program, consisting of 12, 3 semester hour courses. Two courses will be taught each academic term (including summers). Students will be assigned an academic advisor who will advise them by telephone and/or e-mail. Course materials will be delivered electronically using a variety of delivery methods including WebCT, Horizon Wimba, LiveText, bulletin boards and chatrooms. Faculty members teaching online master’s courses will use the same high quality instructional materials used on the UGA campus.
