Your Rights:

To have access to the statement of the policy and procedures regarding academic honesty.
To have your rights and interests protected from abuse.
To be properly notified if there is belief that you may have violated this policy.
To be properly notified when a Facilitated Discussion or Academic Honesty Panel meeting is to be held.
To participate in a Facilitated Discussion with your faculty member to seek a fair resolution.
To continue discussion with the Academic Honesty Panel if no resolution comes from the Facilitated Discussion.
To have unbiased fairness and order in all academic honesty proceedings.
