The UGA Academic Honesty Short Form

Your Rights:

  • To have access to the statement of the policy and procedures regarding academic honesty.
  • To have your rights and interests protected from abuse.
  • To be properly notified if there is belief that you may have violated this policy.
  • To be properly notified when a Facilitated Discussion or Academic Honesty Panel meeting is to be held.
  • To participate in a Facilitated Discussion with your faculty member to seek a fair resolution.
  • To continue discussion with the Academic Honesty Panel if no resolution comes from the Facilitated Discussion.
  • To have unbiased fairness and order in all academic honesty proceedings.
