The UGA Academic Honesty Short Form
Your Rights:
- To have access to the statement of the policy and procedures regarding academic honesty.
- To have your rights and interests protected from abuse.
- To be properly notified if there is belief that you may have violated this policy.
- To be properly notified when a Facilitated Discussion or Academic Honesty Panel meeting is to be held.
- To participate in a Facilitated Discussion with your faculty member to seek a fair resolution.
- To continue discussion with the Academic Honesty Panel if no resolution comes from the Facilitated Discussion.
- To have unbiased fairness and order in all academic honesty proceedings.
