Teaching and Service Interests

  • Affiliate faculty member with the Qualitative Research Program and the Institute for Women’s Studies
  • Uses advocacy, activism, civic-engagement, service-learning and community partnerships to create unique learning opportunities for individuals and institutions

  • Qualitative Inquiry focusing on underserved populations
  • Focuses on gender and race in relation to media consumption
