- You have the right to decide who can touch your

yourself if these limits are not respected.
- You have the right to change your mind regarding
sex at anytime.
- You have these rights even
if:
- the other person paid for
dinner
- you were previously
flirtatious
- you have had sex before
Under provisions determined by the
Higher Education Act of 1965, all prospective students and employees are
