Programming is a job component for many Resident
Assistants around the nation. It is basically an organized activity designed to
impact the lives of the students living in our residence halls. The nature of
any one program varies from all other programs. This uniqueness of individual
programs comes from a wide variety of factors. These factors include, but are
not limited to: the programmer; the institution; residents involved; structure
of program; subject matter of program; and miscellaneous factors.
