1964	Department changes name to Counselor Education & Personnel Services (CEPS) and offers a PhD (SPHE Emphasis)
1965	Parks & Recreation Services offers a BSEd and CEPS Rehabilitation Program opens
1966	Student Affairs Program begins, Rehabilitation Program offers MEd, and Child Guidance Center opens (forerunner to today’s Center for Counseling and Personal Evaluation
