Partnership team visits Family Resource Centers in Kentucky

A team of administrators, teachers, UGA and community partners traveled to Kentucky April 24-26, 2003 to visit several premier Family Resource Center (FRC) sites. FRC's are a model for family support services designed to promote school-aged children's learning, health and social-emotional development, and to support the welfare of their families. The Partnership schools are establishing FRC's to consolidate services of the community with the school district to better support students' achievement.
