- Everyone on the Safety Committee needs to attend (since they gave us the money this time around)
- The payment is done after the service is performed

- BEAP’s (building emergency action plan) (if time permits) william emailed to listserve
- Each building point work on this with their BST (building safety team)
- Our floor reps are these

- Tornado
- Active shooter
- Severe weather
- To alert or not to alert that is the question…seriously
- Evaluation with everything so far (if time permits)
- David Anderson will do evac chair training if we setup a date with him
- Bring Radio into next meeting
- Megan Callaway will be the Secretary for the Safety Committee
- BEAP sent to listserv and everyone please look at it and get with your building points (dee and laura- Aderhold, Megan-Ramsey, or myself-River’s Crossing depending on building)
- Looking into building phone tree _is there an automated service we can use?-William is email Pete Golden from OSEP
- If your dept has an emergency phone tree send it to your building point
- HOMEWORK!!! (WELL OFFICEWORK)
- Know at least 2 ways out of your building
- Know where the fire extinguishers are in your building and the nearest one to you
