Framework Focus Groups
College of Education Assessment Committee
Update – March 2007
Members of the College of Education Assessment Committee will be meeting with critical friends, program coordinators, the COE Administrative Council, K-12 Teachers, and District Educators to share the current work of the committee and to seek feedback on a draft of The Georgia Framework for Educators.
Focus group participants will be asked to review the draft with the following questions in mind:
- Is the Georgia Educator Framework representative of the work you do? (Inclusive?)
- Does the Georgia Educator Framework still address teachers?
Additional focus groups reviewing the draft include: Teacher Education Program subgroups, Non-Teacher Education professionals, Experienced Teachers, Educational Leadership, the Georgia Southern Listserv, EPAAC and other critical friends who have contributed through GSTEP or the development of the Georgia Framework for Teachers.
