Surplus Property Pick Up ScheduleThe College is arranging and paying for the Physical Plant to pick up surplused items on a designated day each month. Any items to be surplused should be stored in a secure room on each floor (not in the hallway). The “Surplus Equipment Transfer List” must be completed for computer equipment. Please note that there is a different form for items other than computers. The forms need to be forwarded to Ann Seagraves in G-7 Aderhold. Any forms received after the due date will result in equipment not being picked up but will be delayed until the next month.
