The following data reports are available through the Office of Academic Programs. Please contact Krista Vanderpool, kvanderp@uga.edu, to review any of the following reports or for more information on the data collection process.

| Undergradu-ate/Graduate Assessment Reports* | 3 Year Cycle | Report and documentation submitted to the UGA Office of Academic Planning for all undergraduate and graduate majors. ** Documentation includes assessment plan, learning outcomes, assessment methods, and data collection procedures. . Two cycles of learning outcomes assessment are evalu-ated by faculty committee, concurrently with but independent of program‘s self-assessment. | Department |

** UGA Office of Academic Planning is responsible for the assessment and accreditation of the university and its programs. Each unit in the University has representation on the university-wide Program Review and Assessment Committee which has the responsibility of faculty oversight of program review and evaluation of student learning outcomes assessment.
